Both the front and rear have blue green and white enamel forget me not flowers which are symbolic of true love and devotion. The front of the locket has a star set diamond for a little extra sparkle. Slightly puffed shape on both the front and the rear. Opens easily to a single photo compartment. 13mm in height by 12mm wide. Not marked but tests 14KT. 2.5 grams.
