Seed pearls are all individually set with a band of alternating old cut rubies and diamonds running on an angle in the center of the heart. Set in 15KT rosy hued gold. The rear of the locket has a removable glass compartment for a special keepsake or memento. 17mm in height by 15mm wide. Not marked but tested. Dimensional from all angles.
