Above the heart is a garland and bow also set with seed pearls and further ornamented with bell flowers set with seed pearls. The integrated necklace extends to a chain with 20 seed pearls on either side. The chain is an antique delicate rope style finishing with a plunge clasp. 15KT Gold. 15.75 inches.
