From the finely engraved 14KT gold of the Griffin's head to the rich cobalt blue enamel which finishes in the "C" curved tail with flourishing gold detail. A sparkling antique Old Euro diamond(.05Ct) is gripped in his mouth and his eye is a rich green Tsavorite Garnet. The Griffin a symbol of strength, courage and leadership. A beautiful reminder of how this amalgamation of lion and eagle were often used in heraldry. The reverse of the necklace is polished gold. Suspended from a modern 14KT Gold 16 inch cable chain with an additional jump ring at 15 inches. Total length of the necklace is 17 inches. Not marked but tested.
