A beautiful and refined example of a sapphire and ruby set cross pendant in 18KT Gold. Each arm of the cross is finished with a trefoil of rubies and the central portion of the pendant has 6 oval cut sapphires all bordered by 18KT rope detail and oval rubies radiating from its center. Exquisitely detailed on both the front and back. 1.5 inches in height by 1 inch in width. Approx. 2.52 Ct Sapphires with strong saturation. Approx. .85 Cts Rubies with purplish red saturation. An independent appraisal will accompany this piece at purchase. Not marked but tests 18KT. 2.05 grams. Photos do not do this pendant justice. Must be seen in natural light.
