Exceptional example of a finely made fob of the Georgian period. This large fob in the helmet shape is finely scored with line detail all around it's base as well as rich scoring detail on it's top. A gold winding wire in the form of a wrapped snake is circling the top in a most elegant way. Finishing off the beauty is an extra large 9 KT. rose gold split ring. Highly Polished gold and finished with a citrine foil backed base in a warm golden color. This fob would make a very striking pendant on a long chain.
