This beautiful antique 18KT Gold and diamond French pendant has the profile of the ancient goddess Hatmehit. Hatmehit was a goddess associated with fish and the flooding of the Nile River. She sits regally in profile with the traditional Egyptian headdress known as a nemes enveloping her head. The medallion is bordered by a Greek key motif adding another detail of refinement and to the left of her profile sits a sparkling Old Euro diamond. 22mm in diameter this pendant is buttery in color and has dimension from all angles.
